David F. Simons is an employment attorney who has obtained high jury verdicts and settlements for employees working in the U.S. State of Hawaii, who have been wrongfully terminated.〔 〕 〔 〕 == Education, licensing, and early career == David F. Simons is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A. Psychology, 1973). In 1977 he obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He was admitted to the Hawaii State bar in 1978 and began practicing law in Hawaii as a volunteer working with Phil Lowenthal in the Public Defender’s office.
